This Notice describes how FTDCORE LIMITED collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information of California residents in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
100FTD is an international affiliate and traffic team operating in the iGaming vertical. The website is corporate and contains information about the company, partners, Events, careers and contact options. Through the website, we may collect identifiers, contact/customer records, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation from IP address and recruitment information.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the website and do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 through the website.

This Notice applies to California residents whose personal information we process in connection with:

- submitting contact forms;
- sending partnership or cooperation enquiries;
- communicating with our team;
- submitting a job application;
- the use of cookies, analytics or similar technologies on the website;

6) Your CCPA rights

Right to know / right of access. We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we may extend the response period as permitted by the CCPA and inform you of the reason for the extension.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf.
If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require:

- verification of the agent’s identity;
- verification of your identity;
- direct confirmation from you that you authorized the agent to submit the request.
We may deny a request from an authorized agent if we cannot verify the agent’s authority or your identity in accordance with CCPA requirements.
